We are so fortunate to have such a motivated and engaged team behind us. There is always a lot of work to be done and we know how demanding and strenuous it can be. Everyday our internationally diverse crew knocks down language barriers and transcends our expectations. Every Thursday we all come together from the vineyards, cellar and office to eat lunch in our kitchen-house. This kind of team bonding is very important to us because it eliminates separation and encourages communication between departments as well as instilling more positive energy into our weekly work. Aside from our regular day-to-day, we are also known to indulge in some pretty good celebrations over wine and laughter.
